1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flume SaaS Factory's products and services (“Flume”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Flume provides cloud-based software tools including flume-board (pipeline kanban), flume-crm (contact management), and leadforge-ai (B2B lead generation). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

3. Account Terms

Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person: Unless explicitly permitted, you may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Flume to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Send unsolicited marketing or spam messages
  • Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Flume services without written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Flume's services are owned by Flume SaaS Factory and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into our services.

By uploading or submitting content through our services, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6. Fees and Billing

Flume offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUME SAS FACTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF FLUME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Disclaimers

FLUME SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide access to your account or data after termination.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Flume after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
